RETURN POLICY
All NorthernLightsCandles.com products carry a 100% money back
guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase,
you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund, exchange
or credit. Items will be accepted for refund, credit or replacement
only with prior approval and an issued Return Authorization Number
from Northern Lights Candles. Call us at 1-800-836-8797 and inform
us of the circumstance for the return. We will then issue you
a return authorization number and provide further instruction.
The return Authorization Number must be clearly
printed on the outside of the box. The customer is responsible

DAMAGE CLAIMS
Every effort has been made to ensure that our candles reach you
undamaged. However, if damage does occur, please retain the packing
material for inspection and notify UPS immediately. If damage
does not appear to be the result of the shipping, please call
us for instruction. All damage claims must be made within five
days of receipt of merchandise. A Return Authorization Number
